At Superheat, safety is deeply embedded in our culture—it’s not just what we do, it’s how we think and operate. Through our SWAT (Safe Work Action Team) program, employees are encouraged to take ownership of safety by identifying and addressing potential hazards before they become incidents. This proactive mindset is a cornerstone of our Human Performance Program and continues to drive a safer work environment across all job sites for everyone.
👏 We’re proud to recognize two recent SWAT winners for their outstanding contributions to safety:
Terry Burgess raised awareness when he noticed a worker operating a lift without fall protection. By respectfully reminding them to tie off, Terry demonstrated leadership and a commitment to keeping everyone safe on-site.
Jarret Bussa acted quickly after spotting a welding lead arcing during live welding. His quick intervention prevented a potential injury and showed excellent situational awareness and hazard recognition.
Thank you to Terry and Jarret for exemplifying what it means to be safety leaders at Superheat. Your actions helped to protect not only our team, but everyone we work alongside.
