We’re excited to welcome Dan Romjue to the Superheat team as our new Director of Induction! Based in Houston, TX, Dan brings over two decades of expertise in the induction equipment rental business and a clear vision for elevating our induction heating services.
With a BA and MBA in Business and a professional affiliation with AWS, Dan has a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic sides of the industry. His 23 years in the rental sector have shaped him into an expert in delivering results-driven solutions, and now he’s ready to take Superheat’s induction program to the next level.
Dan isn’t a stranger to Superheat. His previous relationship with the company as a vendor gave him a front-row seat to our innovation and culture. That connection, combined with his passion for driving new programs, made joining Superheat a natural next step. His mission is ambitious and inspiring: to build an induction heating program that provides the same multi-tiered solutions that interconnect with our world-class resistance division. With his experience, energy, and strategic vision, there’s no doubt he’s the right person to lead the charge.
When he’s not transforming the future of induction at Superheat, you might find Dan scuba diving, cycling, working out, or traveling the world. His adventurous spirit and drive for excellence are evident both on and off the clock.
