Superheat’s safety culture is supported from the top down with attitude, beliefs, and values that all employees share in relation to the workplace.
We are extremely proud to announce that in 2019 & 2020 Superheat had ZERO recordable injuries across the company. This achievement is not taken lightly, it is a goal all staff work towards every day and pride ourselves on. When speaking on the topic, Superheat’s Corporate Safety Director, Larry Coots, said “Achieving this is not just luck, but an excellent display of all of our prevention and mitigation efforts within the regions. Each of our staff is a key component of this success.”
As with all great accomplishments, the celebration is short. We now begin the new year and aim to maintain this record in 2021!
